Freelance illustration commission
I was approached by the pub/club chain "BaaBar" to produce a t-shirt design. The initial brief was to use four scenes of where the shirts would usually be worn. We decided on sleeping, the gym, on a night out and dancing.
This was my first official design commission and was a steep learning curve. As I was still studying at University, time management was key. In the end, both I and the client were pleased with the final product.
I was approached again by BaaBar a few months later to produce a Frida-Kahlo inspired design for staff at a new tequila bar.
As I was right in the middle of finishing my final year dissertation at University, this was a particularly challenging contract when it came to time-management. But once again, the client and I were very pleased with the result.
